Yes. To view this report, go to B2B > Supplier Accounting > Supplier Confirmation. Here, you will find a list of all bookings with the service and supplier details, as well as supplier confirmation status. You can filter by supplier and confirmation status.

2 Can I map multiple services with a single supplier?

Yes, while creating a supplier’s profile you can select multiple service types provided by the supplier.

3 Can I set up multiple markup and commission rules for the supplier?

Yes, you can set up multiple markup and commission rules for a single supplier and also define priority as required.

4 Can we configure payment terms, like due dates, for suppliers?

Yes, you can setup payment rules for suppliers and accordingly for each booking system will provide you the payment date.

5 Can we run any report to see a list of suppliers where payment is overdue?

You can set up a task for call, meetings, to-do, and emails.

Depending on your access, as well as your own tasks you will be able to see tasks for a team/group of individuals. This is determined and set up by your user access rights defined by your administrator.

8 Can I generate task reports?

Yes, you can view, filter and export tasks from the main Task Management page providing rich analytical data into your team’s tasks & daily activity providing insights into your workflows and team/customer interactions.

Our customer documentation currently has pre-loaded headers and labels available in English, French, German and Spanish. You can add your own custom labels for any additional language.

2 What travel vouchers can I produce from moonstride?

You can produce vouchers for any item in the booking as well as full booking vouchers and statements.

Vouchers can be produced in various ways from combinations of passengers to individual passengers. You also have a choice of how you want pricing to be displayed, choice of branding, storing, and sending third party vouchers and bulk vouchers for groups and bulk transfer booking & allocation.

3 How do I create agent branded documents?

When adding your B2B profiles, you can upload images of your B2B’s logos and contact details allowing this to be displayed in place of your own branding on documents. When creating documents, select your alternative branding option to generate documents with your B2B’s branding.

4 What accounting documents can I produce in moonstride?

You can produce a host of accounting documents. The moonstride platform provides a full sales & purchase ledger module allowing you to produce documents at each step from supplier invoices, remittances, commission invoices as well as a host of reporting options.

1 What can I see on my activity calendar?

Enquiries, Enquiry Follow Ups, Quotations Expired, Balance Due Bookings, Customer Birthdays, Hotel, Flight, Transfer, Tour, Activity, and any other component type bookings.

2 How can I personalise my activity calendar?

Filter your selection of items to view only what is relevant for you, choose from daily, weekly, or monthly options, some access rights may also be set to limit whether you see every user’s activity or just your own.

3 Can I export my activity calendar?

Yes, you can export your calendar to PDF, there is also a print function.

4 What is dashboard?

Your moonstride dashboard is your homepage full of incredible insights and relevant information for your daily activity. You can find more information on your dashboard here.

5 Can I change my security settings so I can view more activities?

This will depend on your company’s security settings that are applied. Typically only administrators have will have the ability to update security and user access rights.
