ITB 2023 Highlights – Resilience, Technology & Success
One thing many of you may already know and seen first hand is the resilience shown in the travel industry following a couple of turbulent years. ITB showcased the best of the industries abilities and resilience to ride out the storm and 2023 is delivering prosperous results, many with the aid of technology, some requiring technology and some looking to improve their technology.
AI is at the forefront of technology across all industries. The potential of AI in travel to improve multiple areas across businesses, for OTA’s and other travel categories is immense. We came across a number of independents that shrunk over the Pandemic period and are now going through a resurgence.
